What are the schedules?
We have a diverse talent pool with teachers from all over the world, allowing us to deliver classes at an hour which suits you.
When can I take classes?
After purchasing a pack of classes, you can take them any time in the next 6 months.
Once you’ve been matched with your ideal teacher, you can confirm dates and times ideal for both of you.
What if I change my mind?
We offer a free trial lesson to link you with the right teacher. If you are ever dissatisfied, we offer a 7-day refund policy as stated in our terms and conditions.
Additionally, we offer responsive customer service to give you the chance to have lessons changed, and your teacher changed if you would like to edit your experience.
What happens if I want to change my teacher?
All of our teachers have maintained high quality teaching for years. They are receptive to feedback and listen to your needs.
However, if you are not satisfied we have a customer service number and email address to contact where we can switch you to another teacher and re-design your course if necessary.
Do I need to purchase materials?
No, all content will be provided by the teachers themselves.
Do I need any applications installed to take classes?
We primarily use Microsoft Teams, however, we also offer a variety of other platforms to teach our lessons including Skype, Google Meet and Zoom depending on your preference.
